Role Description The Network Administrator role at Del Rainbow is a part-time, remote position responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s network and systems infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, managing user access, and ensuring secure connectivity for internal teams and digital platforms. The role involves performing regular system administration duties, applying updates and patches, and maintaining documentation of configurations and changes.

The Network

Administrator will troubleshoot network and system issues, coordinate with external service providers when necessary, and provide technical support to team members. This role also includes implementing and maintaining network security measures to safeguard company data and digital operations.

Qualifications





- Robust skills in Network Administration and System Administration for managing and maintaining network and server environments.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Experience with Network Security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and basic security monitoring.
- Knowledge of common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and familiarity with cloud-based tools and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar) and prior experience in a small-business or agency setting are beneficial.
