Based in one of our beautifully presented Metro Melbourne display homes, you can show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door.

Sell beautiful recent homes with innovative designs. Build respectful relationships. Develop your pipeline with an award-winning brand. Full time role, Sat - Wed.

Our team of New Home Advisors will help find the right home for their lifestyle and the best location for their new home. With more than 50 years’ experience building homes, we guide the them through the process, from the first brick to final handover.

All HomeSolution homes come pre-configured with a large range of inclusions and simple to select colour schemes to make your journey more enjoyable and the contract and build times shorter.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your allocated display center

Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget

Deal with online and phone enquiries

Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes

Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation

Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; and





Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in new home sales, real estate or propertyA motivated and results driven sales professional Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

Confident building relationships and generating referrals

Highly organised with strong attention to detailA strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers

Self-motivated and able to work independently; and

Available to work weekends, public holidays as part of a Thursday to Monday roster.
