We are looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager - Reynella Mazda

SCL Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.

Responsibilities:

The management of sales activities to grow the volume and profitability of the new Mazda sales department, while exceeding customer expectations and fully leveraging all opportunities.

Key responsibilities





- Assisting to meet budgeted volume and profit targets by motivating sales consultants and overseeing the development of sustained relationships with new and existing customers,

- Creating and maintaining processes to manage a successful vehicle sales process from initial customer contact through to vehicle delivery,

- Helping to oversee effective regular customer contact, ensuring that satisfaction is maintained and opportunities for growing the business are optimised.

- Setting an example of excellence in work practices, ethics and general conduct while helping to build and lead an effective sales team.

- Computer literacy

- Results oriented - committed to closing deals.

- Work ethic and reliability

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
