Established 26 years ago, Boss Gardenscapes is a leading family-run boutique landscape design, construction, irrigation and maintenance company based in Brisbane. Consistently winning and recognised in the Landscape Queensland residential awards, the quality of our projects speak for themselves. Several of Boss’ non-Director staff have been with the business for many years – some more than a decade.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists with Boss for a full-time Irrigation Installer.

The Chance

Working as part of a close-knit landscaping team who have more than 26 years of combined landscaping experience, you’ll be responsible for the irrigation installation in Brisbane’s finest residential gardens.

Responsibilities include

· Install new irrigation systems

· Maintain irrigation systems and carry out general system upkeep

· Diagnose and repair issues within irrigation systems

· Program and adjust irrigation controllers to maintain proper watering schedules

· Plan and design pipe and sprinkler layouts for even, efficient water distribution

· Implement water saving technologies and techniques to promote conservation

· Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions and educate them on system operation

· Maintain tools and equipment used for irrigation work

· Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment





· Knowledge of different types of irrigation systems

· Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship

About You

Must have

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Irrigation Installer
- Current drivers licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Physical fitness & the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Benefits An attractive salary commensurate, $40 - $48 an hour (plus super) depending on experience will be offered to the successful candidate. This role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, toll tag and company phone.
