Make a real difference in your local community! The Prospect We’re urgently looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers living in the Nepean area (Blacktown, Rooty Hill) . In this rewarding role, you’ll support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide support in Home/SIL Houses with 24/7 care services
- Offer social and emotional support to clients
- Deliver domestic assistance and personal care
- Facilitate community access for shopping, appointments, and social outings
- Engage clients in social activities, arts, and crafts
- Support group participation and encourage skill-building

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster
- Minimum 2 weekdays availability and open working on weekends
- Morning, Afternoon, Night shifts

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in disability support services




- Relevant experiences in mental health sector
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification (highly regarded)
- Willingness to commit to ongoing, long hours
- Willingness to travel outside the region if needed
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach to care
