Momentum OT is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide assessment and/or ongoing therapy services. These are work from home and mobile positions, with telehealth delivery considered under certain circumstances.
Key responsibilities
- Provide NDIS assessment and/or ongoing therapy services
- Deliver services in SW Sydney, Southern Sydney, Hunter Valley, or Illawarra (or other locations by discussion)
- Work autonomously and flexibly while maintaining connection with the team
About you
- Experienced OT with 5+ years experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- NDIS OT experience
