Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join the Operational team at our Cornubia Aged Care Home. This full time, site-based role reports to the Facility Manager and leads frontline rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to deliver staffing stability for residents and families.

You will manage rostering across direct, contracting and labour hire staff, collaborate with the workforce optimisation team, run fortnightly allocations, train staff on timekeeping and
