Informatech is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IDAM) specialist to support a major Identity and Access Management project within a Federal Government environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, implementation and documentation of Access Management capabilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID. Working closely with stream architects, the IDAM Solution Architect and IDAM Technical Lead, the role will contribute to the continued development of Access Management components in line with enterprise and program architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities.
- Configure and support Entra ID federation and identity integrations.
- Implement and manage Entra ID outbound provisioning.
- Design and configure Access Packages and Entitlement Management.
- Support the implementation and configuration of other Entra ID components as required.
- Work closely with application teams to onboard applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) and outbound provisioning.
- Troubleshoot application integration, authentication and provisioning issues.
- Ensure identity integrations adhere to established identity standards and architectural principles.
- Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, including authentication failures, access issues,



provisioning issues and sign-in failures across identity providers.
- Produce and maintain relevant technical and implementation documentation.

About You

You will bring demonstrated experience delivering Identity and Access Management solutions within complex, security-focused environments, including:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Entra ID Governance within a Federal Government secured cloud environment.
- Experience onboarding applications for SSO and outbound provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of Access Packages, Entitlement Management, federation and identity provisioning.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, access and sign-in issues across identity providers.
- Experience working collaboratively with architects, technical leads and application teams.
- Robust technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Australian Citizenship and a current AGSVA NV1 clearance is required to be considered for this role.
