A current Victorian Roadworthy (RWC) Licence is highly regarded. If you don’t currently hold one but are qualified and willing to obtain it, we’d still love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, inspections and repairs across Chery vehicles, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop safe, reliable and completed to the highest standard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Vehicle servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing scheduled maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections
- Identifying additional repair and maintenance requirements




- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technical information
- Working efficiently to meet workshop targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Working closely with the Service and Sales teams to deliver a great customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Automotive Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Victorian RWC Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Previous dealership experience is highly regarded
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
