We are seeking to recruit a second in charge 2IC/Assistant Manager to assist our Store Managerat our Milperra Store.

You will be part of the team that implements business processes that ensure the supermarket team delivers optimum customer relationships and sustainable financial returns.

Some of your specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Rostering
- Ordering
- Meeting with Suppliers
- Maintaining high retail standards throughout our store
- Drive and coach our team to success
- Ensuring performance management programs are completed

What we’re looking for:

- A positive and experienced 2IC/ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Ability to expand and grow our busy and successful store.
- Passion for food, presentation and quality
- Master of ordering, stock management, and food safety standards
- Dedication to mentoring and staff development

Who we’re looking for:





- Motivated and enthusiastic individuals
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position preferably an independent background
- Knowledge of back office system EMC
- Versatile availability across 7 days
