iScape is expanding & in need of an experienced & focused IT Services Engineer. Will you be next to join our services team?

Tasks & duties:

- Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers

- Assisting with HelpDesk support and Managed Services

- Assisting clients with integration of new technologies

- Working on major project implementations for our Technical Services team

- Helping improve our clients' business through use of appropriate tech

- Performing as a team player in our bustling environment

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary or technical qualification (or working towards)

- Current Manual Australian driver's license

- Ability to self-motivate & work autonomously

- An analytical & detailed view of your work

- Explicit written and verbal communication skills

- Neat personal presentation

- History with Office 365 administration

- Weekly/fortnight rotation contract work onsite for corporate clients.

- Must be in the Mackay region or able to relocate to Mackay.





- Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience required

- Australian citizenship required for this position
