The Role
Designed as a foundational launchpad into our business, the Office Administrator role gives you direct exposure to operational finance, executive logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional projects. Because our fast-moving team travels extensively and scales rapidly, this position offers direct pathways to expand your scope and build a long-term career in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Process end-to-end AP/AR transactions, verify invoices, raise purchase orders in SAP, and coordinate supplier payment terms to optimise cash flow.
- Travel & Executive Logistics: Coordinate complex, end-to-end travel itineraries, flights, and accommodation for frequently traveling staff and executives, while managing corporate card reconciliations.
- Office & Facilities Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, service providers, and key suppliers, while managing workspace facilities, inventory, and office systems.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support across departments as new business units launch and scale.
Skills and Knowledge
- Tech & System Literacy: Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and Google Workspace, paired with a natural ability to master new software quickly.
- Organisation & Priority Management: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proven ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Advanced verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate across cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Autonomy & Proactive Mindset: A self-directed operator who takes complete ownership of daily operations, anticipates business needs, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications: Hold either a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Financial Administration: Proven hands-on track record executing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Background interfacing professionally across all organisational levels - from executives and corporate group functions to external suppliers and remote team members.
- Onsite Availability: Full-time commitment to work onsite 5 days a week at our Brisbane CBD headquarters.
