We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our busy ophthalmology practice led by Dr. Nathan Sachdev. This is not your average admin or clinic job – the role is hands-on, fast-moving, and requires a high level of responsibility from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting clinical staff with patient preparation and diagnostic imaging.
- Managing patient bookings and communication
- Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with procedures, notes,



and follow-ups
- Keeping the clinic running smoothly through proactive problem-solving
