Role: Organic Growth & SEO Specialist

Location: Melbourne, Australia - you’ll need a realistic commute to Toorak

Work arrangement: Full-time; in office

You'll join a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions for SMEs. Originally launched in Australia, the business has expanded across APAC, UK, USA, Canada and Europe and has funded more than $5B in loans.

What You'll Do:

- Execute SEO initiatives across multiple websites and international markets, with a clear focus on measurable organic visibility and lead growth.
- Run keyword, competitor and prospect research, then turn that into practical on-page improvements across content, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
- Build authority through link-building campaigns, including outreach, digital PR, partnerships, guest contributions and relevant publications.
- Support technical SEO improvements that strengthen discoverability across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search behaviour.
- Build and update website pages in Webflow and WordPress, including landing pages, content changes and localisation work.
- Track rankings, backlinks, traffic and authority growth, while coordinating day-to-day with content, marketing, design and agency partners.

This will suit you if you're a hands-on SEO executor who likes being close to the work rather than operating purely at strategy level.

Must-Haves:

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, with clear examples of work you’ve personally executed.
- Strong on-page SEO capability across keyword research, competitor research, content optimisation, internal linking, metadata and site structure.
- Experience running link-building campaigns and outreach that support authority growth and lead generation.
- Confidence using both Webflow and WordPress to build or update pages.
- A consistent, detail-oriented approach to execution, with the ability to follow through on SEO and website improvements.

Nice-To-Haves:





- Technical SEO experience, especially supporting site improvements that affect discoverability.
- Digital PR, content partnerships or guest contribution experience.
- B2B digital marketing experience in a growth-oriented business.
- Exposure to fintech, SME-focused services, or multi-market website environments.
