Northern Health is seeking a motivated Mental Health Clinician RN to join our Older Adult Community Mental Health Team. The role focuses on community-based care for older adults, requiring a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and APHRA registration.
You will work as a Key Clinician, visiting clients at home or in aged care facilities across Melbourne's north, with 20 hours per week (40 hours per fortnight). A driver’s license and 5+ years in mental health are essential.
