The Role

We are seeking a solid clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a "Person in Charge" capacity.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Aged Care Leadership: Proven experience as an ANUM or "In-Charge" specifically within the Aged Care sector.
- Regional Relocation: This role is located in Regional Victoria. It is not commutable from Melbourne. You must be willing to relocate and reside within the local community.

About You

- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse).
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements.
- A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
