This is a full time hands on position that offers the opportunity to lead and oversee projects from conception through to completion. As Project Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work on site and in our Ormeau office, managing teams and co-ordinating with clients.

Key responsibilities

- Project planning, from initial assessment through to final handover.
- Managing project budgets, costs and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensuring compliance is met with the relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Maintaining robust relations with clients,



suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintaining health and safety compliance.

About you

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- A solid understanding of mechanical systems, building codes and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and maintain financial accountability.
