The role:

As a Packaging Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Set up, operate and monitor packaging equipment to achieve safe and efficient production.
- Assemble and disassemble packaging equipment before and after production runs.
- Package, label, box and prepare products for warehouse storage and customer dispatch.
- Complete quality control checks throughout the packaging process.
- Thoroughly clean equipment and work areas between production runs to prevent cross-contamination.
- Follow production schedules, job files and documented work instructions.
- Maintain accurate production records and packaging documentation.
- Identify and report quality or equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

About you: You'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality outcomes. You understand the importance of following procedures,



working safely and contributing positively to a team.

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environment.
- Experience operating production or packaging equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valuable mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery.
- The ability to follow documented procedures and quality requirements.
- A strong focus on cleanliness, organisation and contamination control.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks.
