About us
At Motivate Kids, we're home to more than 35 team members (including 25 OTs), working across two purpose-built studios and a network of schools and early learning centres. We're known for combining evidence-based frameworks (like sensory integration, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care) with a values-led, neurodiversity affirming approach. We believe the best therapy happens when the people delivering it feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Our culture is grounded in care, for our clients, and for each other.
