Role Overview

As our Recruitment Manager, you’ll own the talent acquisition process from start to finish. You’ll manage the end-to-end hiring of casual event and promo staff across Australia, build a killer talent pipeline, and ensure our staff always exceed expectations. Because we work as ONE team, you'll collaborate closely with our operations and production staff to ensure we always have the perfect people ready for every brief.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: Source, vet, and hire top-tier casual staff for events and national campaigns.
- Maintain, organise, and proactively grow our national candidate database.




- Lead tailored recruitment drives for specific roles, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right brief every time.
- Deliver a standout, welcoming recruitment and onboarding experience for all new staff.
- Implement a mix of creative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the experiential marketing space.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve recruitment systems and onboarding processes.

About You

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or event staffing.
- Strong communication skills—confident, warm, and highly engaging with candidates.
- Organised, proactive, and highly detail-focused.
- Passionate about events, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
- A self-starter who thrives in a WFH environment but loves feeling connected to a collaborative team.
- Flexible, fun, and driven to find the absolute best people for the job.
