This luxury fashion brand requires the skills of experienced Sales Assistants at its MaxMara Chadstone Store.

About the role:

- As a Sales Assistant, you will be a MaxMara Brand Ambassador.

- Flexible availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster (20 hours per week)

- Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales

- Sound fashion retail experience

- Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously

- Motivated and exceptionally organised

- Computer competency skills





- Over 12 months/long-term full-time work rights

- Fluent English

- Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience

- Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's

- Able to work in a quick-paced, high pressure environment

- High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities

- Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
