WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS –Based in Sydney, this role sits within our Partnership Relations team that are our Sales enablement engine – responsible for coordinating trade events, agent activations, training programs, merchandising initiatives and sales support across Australia and New Zealand. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist in coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, and fostering relationships with trade partners and stakeholders. With a proactive, detail oriented approach, the role contributes to the success of marketing efforts, ensuring consistency, efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinate national trade events and activations. Events can include: Famils/Seminars at Sea; Ship Visits; Conferences/Expos; Consumer Roadshows; and Trade Partner Retreats.
- Support sales training and engagement programs.
- Manage event logistics and communications, including: Trade VIP Communications; Internal Communications; Sales Team Briefings; and Facebook user approval and moderation.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional materials, which can include: Brochures; Flyers; Banners and POS.
- Maintain CRM reporting and campaign tracking.




- Support agency conferences and trade shows.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

- 2-5 years’ experience in Events, Marketing or Sales Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptionally organised, with robust time and project management skills.
- Confident juggling competing priorities and shifting between various projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools and event platforms is essential.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals is a must!
- Excellent availability, with the ability to travel when needed to support events – this role will require you to work outside of standard business hours from time-to-time eg evening and weekend work on occasions.
- A team-centric mentality, an ability to add to an existing positive work culture, and a genuine passion for what you do.
