TheSt George Motor Boat Clubis located on the picturesque Kogarah Bay with majestic views over the beautiful Georges River and the latest State of the Art Marina in Sydney. The Club does over 600 functions per year, has 110poker machines, 310 berth Marina and strong bar, catering and cafe sales and has over 68,000 members.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor professional to assist the Management team with the day to day operations. This is a excellent opportunity for you to further your experience in a premium location working with a fantastic and close-nit team.

The position is a hands on bar position and must provide leadership to our staff and ensure that our Patrons receive a superior level of customer service.

The following are the requirements:

- Hold a current RSA,



RCG & ARCG Competency cards
- Previous experience in Bar, Gaming, Tab and Keno
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sound computer literacy
- Ability to be a team leader and work in a team
- Ability to maintain compliance with legislative obligations
- Full availability to work a flexible roster of Days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Training will be provided to assist the management team in a relief Duty manager position to cover any leave requirements
