Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is offering an exciting prospect for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Brisbane. This role activities, is responsible for providing generalist HR support to managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. The HRA will build strong partnerships and provide guidance, advice and coaching to managers and supervisors to enhance the performance and capability of their teams. They will be a trusted advisor to managers across the Company’s east coast operations.

In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries for our east coast sites and office, coaching managers on interpretation and application of policies, procedures,



and grievance resolution.
- Supporting managers and their teams with respect to performance management, disciplinary actions and employee development.
- Support National Industrial Relations Manager with regards to enterprise bargaining negotiations
- Deliver training of the Kent signature programs to leaders and wider work force
- Assist with the graduate program, coordinating events, supporting graduates and mentors throughout the program
- Support visa processing requirements for all incoming visas (e.g. 482, 400 and 600 visas).
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts of employment and employment related correspondence, including employee transfers, salary changes, and confirmation of employment letters.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance efforts, global initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Managing the exit interview process and providing feedback back into the business on key trends
- Use Oracle to provide various reports (e.g. attrition, exit survey summaries, surveys, etc.) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update data in the HR system (Oracle) to ensure the HRMS is the single source of truth.
