About the role

Foot Print Line Marking Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Airport Works Safety Officer to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safety of airport operations and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

- Monitoring and controlling airport works and construction activities to maintain safety standards

- Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate safety measures

- Liaising with airport authorities, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate work activities

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to airport works safety

- Assisting with the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an airport works safety or aviation safety role

- Thorough knowledge of airport operations,



regulations and safety requirements

- Strong risk assessment and safety management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Proficient in using relevant safety monitoring and reporting software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant qualifications in aviation safety, occupational health and safety, or a related field

- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
