Embedded Health Solutions is a seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join our team, supporting a national workforce of more than 120 employees and contractors across healthcare, private investment and property businesses.

This is a unique opportunity to work across two established businesses, providing broad exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle while working closely with senior leaders.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play an important role in supporting a positive employee experience, maintaining HR compliance and delivering practical people solutions across the organisation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys building relationships, solving people challenges and supporting leaders with practical HR advice.

This is a varied and hands-on role covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, systems management and employee engagement. You will work closely with managers and employees/contractors across the business while helping to maintain compliant, efficient and people-focused HR practices.

What you'll be doing

- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking,



candidate selection and employment contract preparation.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring a positive experience for new starters.
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees/contractors on policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, records and processes to ensure compliance, accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
- Support employee relations activities, including performance management, workplace issues and policy implementation.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (EHS Learning Hub).

What we're looking for

- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR advisory support.
- Demonstrated experience using Employment Hero HR is a must with confidence in working with HR systems and technology.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence workplace culture and build robust, cooperative relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and provide practical HR support to managers and employees/contractors.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting employee relations matters including performance management,



workplace issues and workplace compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, National Employment Standards and modern awards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and integrity.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable

- Exposure to healthcare, aged care or another regulated industry.
- Experience assisting with change initiatives or process improvement projects.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed national workforce
