Shaping Victoria’s energy future.

VicGrid is leading one of the most significant infrastructure transformations in Victoria’s history.

Our role is to connect renewable energy at scale to support a more reliable, sustainable and affordable electricity grid that can meet the increasing demand for electricity as coal-fired power stations close.

If you want your work to have real-world impact and deliver lasting benefits for all Victorians, this is a place where your contribution can make a real difference.

The opportunity

As our People and Learning Coordinator, you'll be the organiser, systems go-to and team connector helping our People and Capability team run smoothly. You'll support the Director of People and Capability and broader team while making everyday people processes easier and efficient.

Your day could include coordinating a learning and development session, helping someone navigate SuccessFactors, updating workforce data, answering an employee enquiry or finding a smarter way to run a process. You'll also bring ideas that make team activities, learning and the overall employee experience more engaging.

What you will deliver

- Keep the Director and the People Partnering team organised with reliable administrative and coordination support.
- Be a go-to person for SuccessFactors, SharePoint and our Learning Management System, helping users and resolving routine issues.
- Coordinating schedules, onboarding, communications, completion tracking and reporting.

- Keep workforce information accurate and up to date across employee movements, positions, onboarding and offboarding.
- Keep shared inboxes under control by answering routine questions.
- Bring ideas and creativity to team activities, communications and moments that help people feel connected.

what you will bring

- Experience in an administration or coordination role.
- Honed organisational skills and a genuine appreciation for calendars, lists, details and meeting deadlines.
- A friendly and transparent communication style, with the confidence to work with people across different roles and backgrounds.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems. Experience with HR, learning or corporate platforms is helpful.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint or a Learning Management System is a bonus, but being curious and quick to learn matters just as much.
- You don't need to tick every single box to apply. If you're organised, people-focused and ready to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.

What we offer you

- Career development and learning opportunities
- Wellbeing support for you and your family through our EAP
- Annual salary increases and performance-based progression
