What You'll Be Doing

- Building & Scaling: Owning paid campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Paid Social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Turning Data into Decisions: Analysing performance, spotting trends, and refining strategy to maximise ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Testing Relentlessly: Running keyword discovery, ad copy, creative, and CTA testing to keep campaigns sharp and beating previous results.
- Owning the Budget: Managing spend and pacing across multiple accounts - with zero surprises at month-end.
- Reporting What Matters: Tracking CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition - and knowing which numbers actually move the needle.
- Collaborating with Experts:



Partnering with SEO, content, and design teams to align messaging and lift performance across the board.
- Staying Ahead: Conducting market and competitor research, advising on new features and betas across Google and Paid Social, and rolling them out for clients first.
- Being the Go-To: Acting as the technical authority for Account Managers and clients on all things performance media, with all activity logged in our CRM (SENTR).

What You Bring to the Table

- Platform Mastery: 3+ years managing campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social platforms.
- A Proven Track Record: Demonstrable results improving performance and hitting goals across e-commerce and service-based brands.
- Technical Chops: Strong working knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and Google Analytics, plus deep Google Ads expertise from keyword strategy to conversion tracking.
- Data Fluency: A knack for turning numbers into decisions - and communicating those insights with clarity.
