- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) - Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months) - Genuine empathy that shines through your care - Strong communication and leadership skills - A true team player who thrives on collaboration - Passion for continuous learning and improvement - Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional) - Excellent time management and tech skills - Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability About the Role:
