Experienced Pharmacy Assistant:

As the Senior Pharmacy Assistant you will be responsible for driving high levels of customer service on the shop floor and engaging the team. You must be energetic, motivated and have a keen eye for detail this role is for you.

The successful applicant will

- Provide support and assistance to staff within the Pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer service

- Continuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales

- Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organizing and implementing promotional activities to maximize sales

- Ensure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly,



clean and tidy manner according to the Pharmacy's merchandising standards

- Delegate tasks to team Members to ensure all systems are in place and customer service is at a high level

- Be fully proficient in using the Point of Sale system

- Receive a high volume of goods into the Pharmacy

- Mark off and unpack pallets of stock daily

Qualifications and Knowledge Required:

- Experience in Pharmacy or large format retail

- Experience in Working as a Stock controller preferred

- Sound understanding of pharmacy operations

- High level computer skills
