The Dispatch and Yard Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of elevated work platform (EWP) equipment, including deliveries, collections, equipment availability, scheduling servicing, maintenance, inspections, and ensuring EWPs are parked, stored and secured appropriately.

The position also involves computer-based administration, using specific hire software ( Point of Rental ) for job scheduling and coordinating equipment movements to ensure customers receive the right equipment at the right time and all equipment is maintained in a protected and serviceable condition which will include assisting with equipment inspection and cleaning for delivery and return

Liaise with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements.

Communicate with drivers, mechanics, technicians and site personnel.

Coordinate daily priorities and respond to changes in equipment requirements.

Provide management with updates regarding equipment availability, breakdowns, repairs and scheduling issues.

Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and suppliers.
