As we embark on a new vision and strategy, we are in a phase of transition aimed at remaining relevant and increasing foot traffic. We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate to join our dedicated team and help us amplify our brand online. This is a full time position (four weekdays + one weekend day) based on-site at the Prahran Market.

Key responsibilities

- Capture the energy and experience of Prahran Market through engaging content
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media channels
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook profiles
- Schedule and post content to maintain a consistent online presence
- Ensure the content is vibrant, contemporary, and exciting,



reflecting the market's fresh and energetic environment
- Highlight traders fairly across social media platforms using trader audit tracker
- Update website content, including trader profiles, recipe pages, and campaign pages
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed to enhance website visibility
- Create and send engaging newsletters and promotional emails using MailChimp

About you

- Analyse social media and website metrics to gauge content performance
- Collaborate with the Head of Experience to adjust strategies based on data insights
- Provide monthly reports on social media performance
- Use master content planners and social planners to organise and schedule content
- Refer to marketing calendars and strategic plans to align with broader marketing strategies
