We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor to take ownership of multiple repair projects from start to finish. You'll be the key link between trades, clients, and insurers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple insurance repair projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project delivery
- Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Conduct site inspections and HSEQ audits
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurers, and stakeholders

About You
- Proven experience in construction, insurance repairs, or similar
- Site Supervisor Licence, Builder's Licence, trade background, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of building processes and scopes of work
- Sound knowledge of HSEQ and safe work practices
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights & valid driver's licence
