Swimart Mosman Pool & Spa Services are looking for an organised experienced pool cleaner or an organised person willing to learn. You must be a team player with excellent people skills.

You will be supplied a late model company vehicle & paid above award wages. You must be physically fit & able to lift a minimum of 20kg.

The successful candidate will

- Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment as required

- Complete 8 pool cleans per day

- Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English

- Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers

- Take pride in their work

- Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments

- Water testing and adding of chemicals

- Preparation of service reports via infield app

- Perform basic marketing activities while in field

- Organise and list stock as required in the van

- Observe and report pool equipment issues





- Punctuality and timekeeping essential

- Preform chlorinator cell cleans

- Pool pump servicing

Candidates should have
- A current driver’s license with a good driving record

- Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance

- Previous experience with pool pumps and other pool equipment

- Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team

- Previous experience, in pool cleaning is an advantage but not essential as we are prepared to offer training to successful candidate

- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised

- Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers

- 25 age of years preferred
