Our client, Waverley Vascular Group is one of the longest established private surgical clinics in South Australia and is proud to offer highly acclaimed vascular and endovascular services, utilising international best practice methodologies and technologies.

The exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a positive and proactive part-time Practice Manager. Working closely with a small, highly motivated and talented reception and administrative support team, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- staff rostering and human resource management functions across the busy Practice
- scheduling of patient appointments and managing all patient services functions
- managing all office procedures, policies and systems
- managing accreditation and compliance obligations
- role modelling leadership behaviours reflective of a hands-on mentality,



a focus on customer service and the maintenance of a positive, inclusive and cooperative team culture
- working closely with the Directors to improve profitability, optimise processes and support sustainable growth
- ensuring the efficiency of the team to minimise patient waiting times
- coordinating the liaison with external specialist support providers and overseeing other satellite clinics where needed
- providing reception coverage during breaks
