Perth is seeking a Premium Service Representative to join our Gaming Machines team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service, operational excellence and compliance within our Premium Gaming areas. Reporting into the Gaming Machines Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Premium Gaming areas while building positive relationships with guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional service and support to Premium Gaming guests.

· Manage guest enquiries and provide effective service recovery.

· Support promotions, events and daily operational activities.

· Maintain compliance with Responsible Gaming, AML, RSA and Crown policies.





· Accurately complete operational reporting and administrative tasks.

· Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver positive guest outcomes.

About You

- Strong guest service focus with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Available to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Collaborative team player with solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
