Role Description The Presales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Sydney, NSW. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

The Presales

Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and partners to design solutions, support integration planning, and respond to RFPs and tenders. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients on security and access control needs, managing presales projects, coordinating proof-of-concept deployments,



and providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Suprema’s product portfolio, gathering market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of presales processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong presales and sales skills, with experience supporting complex solution sales cycles.
- Consulting skills to assess customer requirements, recommend solutions, and build trusted relationships.
- Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and track presales activities and solution delivery milestones.
- Integration experience with access control, security systems, or related enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of physical security, access control, or biometric authentication technologies is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with enterprise customers across diverse industries is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend site visits, and participate in industry events.
