The Role

Reporting to the Commercial General Manager, this newly created role gives you full commercial ownership (P+L) of the Workforce solutions arm of the business.

Supported by an established back-office delivery, mobilization, and recruitment infrastructure, your primary focus is strategic growth, deepening existing relationships across Tier-1 & Tier-2 miners while securing new operational, workforce and service packages across WA.

Predominantly Perth based with site travel where required

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the commercial strategy, revenue, and profitability for the WA Workforce division.
- Deepen relationships across existing Tier-1 & Tier-2 mining clients, expanding workforce services across operations, maintenance, drilling, processing, geology and exploration
- Target and secure high-value commercial agreements and Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs) across the WA resource sector.




- Leverage the group’s broader service offerings and proprietary mining technology to deliver unique, high-value client pitches.

About You

- Demonstrated success in Business Development or Key Account management within mining workforce solutions, labour hire, industrial recruitment or mining services space
- Strong domain expertise in the WA resources market alongside a pre-existing network of key mining stakeholders and contractors. Exposure to drill & blast or technical site operations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of P&L; management, commercial negotiations, and pipeline management.
- A driven, autonomous professional who moves beyond transactional sales to build high-level strategic relationships.
