Senior Business Analyst - Financial Regulatory Reporting / Data Analysis / DevOps - Fed Govt!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile regulatory reporting program within a leading financial services environment. The successful Senior Business Analyst will work across business, data and technology teams to deliver requirements, process improvements and reporting outcomes while ensuring compliance with complex regulatory obligations. You will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a further 6 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather and refine business requirements
- Performing data analysis to identify risks, opportunities and solution options
- Managing UAT activities and supporting testing throughout delivery phases
- Creating process maps,



reports and business analysis documentation
- Managing DevOps boards and supporting change management and training activities

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have:

- 5+ years' experience delivering business analysis outcomes within complex environments
- Experience working within regulatory reporting or regulated financial services environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
- Experience with UAT, process mapping, data analysis and DevOps boards
- Solid communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
