Corroboree Talent is seeking an experienced EDRMS Technical Administrator to support the operation, administration and continued development of a large-scale enterprise Electronic Document and Records Management System.
This is a hands‑on technical role requiring strong experience with HPE Content Manager / TRIM, combined with solid systems administration and infrastructure capability.
You will support a complex enterprise setting, assisting with the management, consolidation and co‑location of EDRMS datasets while troubleshooting technical issues and supporting integrations between Content Manager and other business applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, configure, maintain and troubleshoot HPE Content Manager / TRIM
- Assist with the management, consolidation and co‑location of enterprise EDRMS datasets
- Provide technical support across the infrastructure underpinning the EDRMS environment
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between business applications and Content Manager
- Provide technical advice and documentation relating to application interfaces and change requests
- Support Microsoft Windows Server configuration, maintenance and patching
- Work across virtualised infrastructure including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV and Citrix Workspace
- Investigate technical incidents and work with infrastructure, application and information management teams to resolve issues
- Support system changes, upgrades and ongoing operational improvements
- Develop and maintain relevant technical documentation
- Participate in a shared after‑hours on‑call support roster

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced Content Manager / EDRMS technical specialist with strong systems administration skills and experience supporting complex enterprise ICT environments.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting, configuring and developing HPE Content Manager / Micro Focus Content Manager / TRIM
- Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager
- Strong Microsoft Windows Server administration, maintenance and patching experience
- Experience with VMware vSphere
- Experience with Nutanix AHV
- Experience with Citrix Workspace
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, server and network environments
- Experience supporting enterprise or business‑critical systems
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with application, infrastructure and information management stakeholder
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Australian citizenship
- Active NV2 security clearance
- Ability to work onsite in Canberra 5 days per week
- Relevant IT / Information Management qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Willingness to participate in a shared after‑hours on‑call roster, including some weekends and public holidays
This is a full‑time onsite Canberra position working up to 40 hours per week. Remote and interstate‑based working arrangements are not available.
