Eastern Health is seeking a Diabetes Education Manager to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for diabetes services across its facilities in Melbourne. The role oversees specialist diabetes education, drives service improvement and ensures protected, evidence-based, person-centred care.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient access, workforce capability and clinical governance, while implementing contemporary diabetes technologies and models of care.
