Mobile Speech Pathologist | OTE $100k - $150K + Company Vehicle
Roaming Therapy is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing mobile allied health team across Melbourne.
This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist with 2+ years' post-graduate experience who enjoys working autonomously and wants flexibility, strong earning potential and a diverse community-based caseload.
You’ll work primarily with paediatric clients, alongside some adult clients, providing therapy in homes, schools and community settings.

Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Conduct speech pathology assessments for paediatric and adult clients
- Develop individualised therapy plans based on client goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology intervention
- Support clients with speech, language and communication needs
- Provide therapy across clients' homes,
schools and community settings
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals
- Complete clinical notes, reports and required documentation
- Manage your caseload and appointment schedule
- Provide high-quality, client-centred care
- Travel to clients within your allocated Melbourne service area
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
- Experience and confidence working with paediatric clients
- Ability and willingness to work with some adult clients
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work confidently and independently in the community
- Current driver's licence
- Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
NDIS experience is highly regarded.
