Our client URGENTLY requires a Principal ICT Business Analyst for 4 months + Contracts in Brisbane.

The Principal ICT Business Analyst will lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes for a large-scale ICT Operating Model renewal. This is a high-level strategic role focused on business transformation, requiring a qualified who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate intricate business needs into fit-for-purpose functional solutions.

Skills and Experience required includes:

- Lead the end-to-end analysis of business, user, and operating requirements, provide specialist strategic and operational advice to influence future project directions and improve the overall working environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and testers, to capture requirements that maximize user experience and system efficiency.
- Develop high-quality,



audit-ready documentation for diverse stakeholder groups
- Support knowledge transfer and handover activities to upskill internal teams, ensuring long-term organisational capability is embedded throughout the transformation process.

Government experience would be highly advantageous. Top $'s Paid !
