Procurement Coordinator

TS Global is a proudly Australian-owned leader in conveyor and polyurethane solutions, supplying customers across Australia and international markets.

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Tomago, NSW. Working closely with the National Inventory Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting procurement activities, supplier relationships and operational requirements across the business.

About the Role

Working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting purchasing outcomes across the business.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing purchase orders and supplier communications

- Coordinating procurement activities to support operational requirements

- Monitoring supplier performance, lead times and delivery schedules

- Maintaining supplier information and purchasing records

- Supporting inventory and stock management activities

- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing requirements are met

- Identifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes and efficiencies

- Ensuring purchasing data and documentation is maintained accurately

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer,



Purchasing Administrator or similar role

- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, mining, engineering or related environments

- Solid supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Strong computer literacy and experience using ERP or purchasing systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

Experience with Ostendo or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
