About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape experiences at the intersection of digital product and the physical world.

You’ll design across our apps, dashboards, kiosks and physical locker journeys, considering the complete experience from tapping an access card through to opening and managing a locker.

You won’t work in a design silo. You’ll collaborate directly with Product and Engineering, understand how the technology works and refine designs as they are built. You’ll see your work move quickly from prototypes into real products used by customers around the world.

The role is primarily focused on product design, where you will also design website and landing-page experiences, with occasional work on brochures, presentations and graphics.

You will

- Design user journeys, interfaces and interactive prototypes.




- Use AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content and production workflows.
- Improve experiences across our mobile apps, dashboards and touchscreen kiosks.
- Run lightweight user research, usability testing and feedback loops.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system.
- Design website journeys and landing pages.
- Occasionally support presentations and other visual material.

About you

- Have professional product design experience and a strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Can demonstrate your complete process, from understanding a problem through to the final outcome.
- Confident designing polished and intuitive experiences in Figma or Vercel.
- Have experience with component libraries and design systems.
- Enjoy working directly with engineers and understanding how products are built.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, asking questions and challenging assumptions.
- Balance strong attention to detail with the pace of a growing company.
- Use AI in your work or are eager to develop practical AI-assisted workflows.
- Communicate clearly, welcome feedback and enjoy collaborating with a genuinely fun team.
