Our client who is a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality timber and metal doors for residential and commercial projects is seeking Production Fabricators / Assemblers for their facility in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembling and adjusting components using hand and power tools
- Operating machinery such as Beam Saws, hand routers, hand tools and power tools
- Fitting components accurately based on job orders
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Identifying material types
- Working to hourly targets and KPIs
- Conducting quality checks on your own work
- Report defective goods
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Keep your work area clean and safe

Skills & Experience Required:





- Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment (factory, production, assembly, or fabrication)
- Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
- Comfortable using sheet metal machinery and power tools
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, team player, and able to work independently
- Willingness to follow WHS guidelines and wear PPE
