About the Role:





- Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Schedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when
- Develop a team that can perform to its optimum level, providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey
- Ensure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed
- Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required

About You:

- Must have experience managing a an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams
- Trade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting highly regarded
- A positive attitude and committed to delivering excellence + driving team success
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
