About the Role

Whether you already have experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete and are keen to learn and build a recent skillset, RCPA provides structured training and development to support your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of a supportive, safety-focused production team involved in the manufacture of steel-reinforced concrete pipes. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.

Skills, Experience and Attributes To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete (preferred), and a strong willingness to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when required




- Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts
- You must be flexible to work across different roster patterns, including overtime when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
- Sound verbal and written communication skills

Licences & Tickets

- Forklift Licence – advantageous
- Driver’s Licence – required
