Position Summary

As a Catering Attendant for a leading airline catering company, you will work in either meal preparation and assembly or the wash department, supporting the catering operations of major airlines. In this fast-paced environment, you will help ensure flights depart on time with meals, beverages and equipment prepared to the highest standards.

Please note: we will not be accepting candidates on Working Holiday or Student Visa's (unless you are the dependent with full work rights).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, portioning, and assembly of in-flight meals within a fast-paced production environment.

- Assemble meal trays and airline service items to customer and airline specifications.

- Pack and stock airline carts with meals, beverages, cutlery, and other catering equipment.

- Work across both Production and Wash departments as required to support operational demands.

- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and clean airline catering equipment, trays, and utensils.

- Ensure all catering equipment is washed, sanitised, and prepared for airline service schedules.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout all work areas.

- Follow all HACCP, food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.

- Assist with stock movement,



storage, and replenishment activities.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and airline departure deadlines..

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, hospitality, catering or food manufacturing is desirable.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting catering items.

- Basic food handling knowledge and knife skills are advantageous.

- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster.

Requirements
- Must be available to work any of the following shift patterns - 0700-1500, 1500-2300 and 2300-0700

- Full flexibility Monday-Friday

- Reliable transport to Perth Airport.
