Our client produces wet and dry food products including dairy powders, rubs, marinades, stocks, and broths, these high-quality food products supplied worldwide.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for people from food production, hospitality, or labouring backgrounds seeking stable, long-term work in a supportive team environment.

Shifts & Pay

All Shifts: AM; 4AM/6AM starts, PM: 12PM/2PM starts, NS 8PM/10PM starts.

Pay Rates: From $31 per hour plus shift loadings

24/7 operation | Ongoing work available

Rostered and on-call shifts available, with robust potential for temp to perm opportunities..

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manual handling of raw materials and finished goods (up to 25kg)
- Weighing, mixing, bagging, labelling & palletising products
- Operating batching and blending machinery




- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Assisting production and warehouse teams as required

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in food production, manufacturing, hospitality or physical roles (preferred)
- Good fitness for repetitive manual handling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Full Australian working rights required
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
